The Burlingame Area Chamber of Commerce is now taking reservations for the annual Rodeo Days celebration on Saturday, May 19, 2018. We are pulling out all the stops to bring in a large crowd to help us celebrate on our historic wide brick street. The day will feature many free activities for families including pony rides, a sanctioned peddle pull, chainsaw sculpter, live bands on stage playing Country and Bluegrass, a Car show, a Tractor show, and much more.
Vendor hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM but once you are setup you may start selling. We require you to stay setup until 4:00 pm. (We are not responsible for theft, damage, etc). The parade will be at 3:00 PM this year so you can expect a large crowd in the late afternoon. To save your spaces please return your payment along with the completed entry form to the address below. Spaces will be first paid-first reserved. No space will be saved without payment. NO-SHOWS DAY OF FESTIVAL WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILING LIST AND DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! The cost is $25.00 for each 10’X 10’ space, PLUS $5 if you need an electric outlet. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and declaring Kansas State sales tax in their own way.
The DEADLINE for registration is May 7, 2018 or when full. Return your registration by March 4, 2018 and we will advertise you on our flyers. Registrations after that date will be included as updates on our Facebook page. Please note that ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS ARE LIMITED. Rain contingency plans will be available.
If you find you cannot attend we ask that you not re-sell your space. PLEASE CALL IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND. Please call if you have questions.
WE have 80 plus Booth spaces located outside in the center of the 100 block of W. Santa Fe Ave. “Free standing only” canopy covers are allowed as the location is on a brick street. Booth assignments will be given out starting at 7:00 a.m. “Please not Before.” ALL CHECK-IN will be at the Chamber of Commerce booth located next to the stage by Trail Songs Music at 125 W. Santa Fe. Booths must be in place by 9:45 a.m. You must provide your own tables, chairs, and extension cords (PLEASE MAKE SURE EXTENSION CORDS ARE LONG AND HEAVY ENOUGH FOR THE JOB). Booths are configured in pods of four and each booth will be open on two adjacent sides if needed. If you register for two booths, it would give you a 20 foot front and two 10 foot sides. We suggest tables be draped or covered and please move your vehicles to a side street after set up, no parking allowed in the vender area. THANK YOU!
